Full itinerary
We will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi at 8.30 and then transfer you to the outdoor Restaurant at the garden of Vietnam Fine Art Museum – where your cooking class tour will be held.
Your cooking class will start at about 9:00 by one-hour-walking to the local market with our Chef. You will be fascinated by the noise of the market as well as the smells of fresh local ingredients here. Experiencing the locals’ daily life and observing how local people purchase foods and vegetables at the market promise to be an interesting experience. Next, our Chef will help you choose and buy the best fresh foods, introduce to you the use of different kinds of food as well as explain how you should prepare each of them.
